1412377 Sergeant (Air Gunner) William Lionel Jones, R.A.F.V.R., No. 7 Squadron, was killed in action on 30 November 1942, aged 20 years. He was buried in the Pecy Communal Cemetery, Seine-et-Marne, France. He was the son of William and Sarah Jane Jones of Rassau, Beaufort, Monmouthshire.
