Roman Imperial coins, Macrinus (217-218), Sestertius, 217, laureate, cuirassed bust right, rev. Jupiter standing left, holding thunderbolt and sceptre (RIC 119; C. 71), and an As, 218, rev. Macrinus in triumphal quadriga left, crowned by Victory standing behind (RIC 162; C. 107) [2]. Both rare, the first extensively smoothed, almost fine, the second of red-brown appearance, good fine £180-220
