Military General Service 1793-1814, 1 clasp, Vittoria (Patrick Crawley, 12th Light Dragoons) minor edge bruising, otherwise good very fine £350-400

Patrick Crawley was born at St Catherine’s, Dublin, and was a labourer before enlisting for the 12th Light Dragoons. He was discharged to Pension at Chelsea on 7 September 1814, in consequence of ‘Rheumatism contracted in Egypt, Portugal & Spain.’ At the time of his discharge he was aged 34 years (Ref Chelsea Hospital Admissions Book).
