Royal Events, George IV, Visit to Scotland, 1822, silver medals (2), by W. Bain, laureate bust left, rev. kneeling Scotia presenting crown to the King, edge engraved (Presented by the Incorporation to each Member to be worn by him on His Majesty’s Visit to Scotland, John Hill), 45mm (BHM 1178; E 1162), and by T. Halliday, edge engraved (Incorporation of Cordiners, John Aird, Entered 25 April 1806), 40mm (BHM 1185) [2]. First fine, and with clip, ring and suspender bar, second good fine but with small piercing £80-100
