The first example to the Black Watch being a black leather cantle with applied silver plated badge being St. Andrew and his Cross upon a thistle spray, white horse hair front complete with four black horse hair tassels, narrow white buckskin waist belt also present; a similar example to the Cameron Highlanders - the black leather cantle with white metal trim and bearing white metal badge of pre-1881 glengarry pattern black horse hair with two white horse hair tassels; together with a cantle only of the Seaforth Highlanders the black leather cantle with brass trim bearing a two part white metal regimental badge, good overall condition (3) £120-150
