A varied selection including an other ranks glengarry/shako badge to either the 49th Lanarkshire or Lancashire Rifle Volunteers, an officer’s waist belt clasp of a Scottish Rifle Volunteer Unit showing the Royal Crest of Scotland and ‘In Defence’ upon the circle, an other ranks waist belt clasp of the Dundee Rifle Volunteers showing central arms ‘Bon Accord’, a Scottish silver plated plaid brooch the quoit of rococo outline overlaid with a heavy cast metal thistle wreath and a scroll at the bottom 2nd Volunteer Battalion pin fastener, a WWI Interpreter’s Spinx-head arm badge with two associated collar badges, a Scottish Rifle Volunteer kepi badge being an inverted thistle spray over a bugle horn (no fasteners), fifteen other strung and coiled bugle horn head-dress badges, a solid gilt metal pouch badge showing the crown over TVG?, two die-stamped brass cap badges to the Liberian Frontier Force (fasteners lacking on one), sixteen various strung and coiled bugle horn pouch badges all with screwpost fasteners, a Volunteer Artillery waist belt plate (some corrosion), together with sundry other military items, many items require cleaning otherwise good general condition (parcel) £150-250
