Hammer Price:
£200

Henry I (1100-1135), Penny, Quadrilateral on Cross Fleury type, possibly Warwick, Lifric, [——]cvs : on : pa[r?], 1.37g/12h (BMC –; N 871; S 1276). Slightly off-centre and flat in places, otherwise good fine or better, very rare £200-250

The reading on this coin is far from clear. Neither Wallingford nor Warwick is known for Henry I type 15 but Lifric is a known moneyer at Warwick in Stephen type 1 (Mack 38: Harris, SCMB 1987, p.306)
