Rifle Brigade, an officer’s silver coloured metal two part pouch belt plate, circa 1880-1900, Guelphic crown over laurel wreaths, battle honours to ‘Ashantee’; together with, 5th (Princess Charlotte of Wales’s) Dragoon Guards, officer’s copper-gilt undress sabretache badge, the eight principal points bearing battle honours for the Peninsuila & Crimean Wars, centrally a QVC over a strap inscribed ‘Vestigia Nulla Restrorsum’, within the strap ‘V’ over ‘DG’ with the White Horse of Hanover in between, two bolt fasteners to the reverse, one reduced and one replaced, the second plate well re-gilded, otherwise very good condition (2) £60-80
