Waterloo 1815 (Edward Bent, 33rd Regiment Foot) fitted with original steel clip and ring suspension, some marks to reverse rim, otherwise nearly extremely fine £800-1000

The medal roll shows Edward Bent as having died of wounds at Waterloo. However, the regimental pay and muster lists show him as being sick in hospital after the battle, and as having died on 19 August 1815, though whether from wounds is not recorded.
