15th Century, Mary Tudor, Groat Size (8), mitre and crozier type, crude designs with scrolled and pelleted borders, one with large crowned letter ‘M’ on obverse; Half-Groat Size (11), similar to Groats, but with strokes for borders, three without croziers; Penny Size (5), similar, one with meaningless legend, another detrited; Half-Penny Size (3), Elizabethan ecclesiastical types (2), obverse crude mitre, reverse initials; another with crude circle and cross. (cf. Rigold, classes IX and X) [27]. Fair to fine, a few better, mostly with surface corrosion (£60-70)
