Defence Medal with unnamed forwarding slip; Special Constabulary L.S. Medal with named card box of issue. The Scottish North-Eastern Counties Constabulary was formed in 1949 with the amalgamation of the Constabularies of Aberdeenshire, Banffshire, Kincardineshire and Moray and Nain. It remained in force until 1975 when, with the merger of the Aberdeen City Police, it was renamed the Grampian Police.
