Private F. B. Cotton, Bareilly Contingent, was awarded the Volunteer Force Long Service Medal, the award being notified in I.A.O. 356 of June 1932.

The Bareilly Contingent was based at Naini Tal and was formed in 1920 from the Naini Tal Rifles and the Bareilly Detachment of the United Provinces Horse (North). With some copied research.
