Lewis Beaufoy Green lived in Ceylon and was a J.P., Planter and Manager at Ferham, Talawakale. Serving in the Volunteers he was awarded the Colonial Auxiliary Forces Long Service Medal as Rifleman in the Ceylon Planters Rifle Corps (Ceylon Government Gazette 17 February 1928). With some copied research.
