Sydney Worgan was born in Coleford, Gloucestershire, lived in Llanharren,Glamorgan, and enlisted at Cardiff. Serving with 4th “Z” T. Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery, he died of wounds, France/Flanders, on 11 June 1916. He was buried in the Bertrancourt Military Cemetery.
