1st Royal Lancashire Militia, a very fine badge with shoulder belt fastenings, 2 hooks and a stud, being similar to the mount from the shoulder belt plate, c. 1840-55, and the shako plate 1855-81, facetted silver star with gilt and enamel mounts, mounted on a star shaped back plate, possibly for wear on a pouch belt, c. 1856-81, excellent condition £150-200
