The Royal Highlanders of Canada (5th Battalion), a good quality Officer’s Shoulder Belt Plate, c. 1884-1914, rectangular burnished gilt back plate with frosted silver mounts, a Royal Princess’s coronet over Maple leaf wreath, within a Boar’s head over ‘5’ and motto ‘Ne Obliviscaris’, with ‘The Royal Highlanders of Canada’ on a scroll below the wreath, near mint condition £200-300
