Signaller A. N. Rushton, 1st Battalion Straits Settlements Volunteer Force was awarded the Efficiency Medal (Malaya) in 1938, notified in Straits Settlements Government Gazette of 28 January 1938. Between the wars Rushton was employed by John Little & Co., Ltd., Singapore. With copied research.
