Scottish Historical Medallions, Glasgow, memorial of office, City arms City of Glasgow (this legend and city arms stamped in gold on upright oval), 31 x2 6mm on lid of presentation case, figure of Justice seated within a quatrefoil, holding an olive branch and scales within a highly ornamented border of thistles, below is (sign.), Cunninghame in small letters, reverse armorial bearings of the City of Glasgow (same design as CP p. 150/3, pl xxxi, fig 2), but has an additional 5mm wide oak leaf collar applied), test mark on reverse, Æ gilt, 87 x 72mm, in fitted case. Good extremely fine, extremely rare (£200-300)
