Lizars, seated Hibernia crowning farmworker with wreath, plough and animals at sides, rev. wreath, named (To Robert Montgomery, Convoy, 1845), edge impressed (For the Best Crop of Drilled Turnips in the Stranorlar Farming Society), 45mm (Lane, Went and Bateson, NSI Occ. Papers 19, no. 1; cf. Spencer 1171). Light scratch in centre of reverse, otherwise extremely fine, obverse toned, rare (£90-120)
