The first was probably issued to Sir Charles George Young (1842-69) or his successor Sir Albert William Woods (1869-1904). Walter Aston Blount, Norroy King of Arms (1859-82) succeeded Robert Laurie, Clarenceaux King of Arms (1859-82) in 1882 and served in post until 1894
