Private Edward Chapman served with the 20th Battalion London Regiment at the battle of the Somme. He was afterwards transferred to the Royal Army Veterinary Corps. Later he contracted enteric fever and was invalided home. After convalescence he rejoined his corps in France. Also entitled to the 1914-15 Star.

Private William Hughes enlisted into the 20th Battalion London Regiment on 20 November 1915. He was discharged on 13 July 1917 due to wounds.

Private James Saunders enlisted into the 20th Battalion London Regiment on 9 December 1915. He was discharged on 8 February 1917 due to sickness.

Private William E. S. Taylor enlisted into the 20th Battalion London Regiment on 11 December 1916. He was discharged on 1 March 1919 due to wounds.
