Private Frederick James Cross, 20th London Regiment, entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 9 March 1915. Later served as a Serjeant in the Machine Gun Corps. He died on 24 June 1920, aged 26 years. He was the son of Edward and Alice Cross of 20 Milton Road, Old Ford, London. Born in Bethnal Green. Medals in damaged card boxes of issue, together with two medal forwarding slips and registered envelopes.

Private Albert Victor Cross, 3rd Battalion Royal Sussex Regiment, died on 18 September 1919, aged 20 years. He was the son of Edward and Alice Cross of 20 Milton Road, Old Ford, London, and brother of Frederick James Cross. Plaque in card envelope and original paper addressed envelope.
