The Cameronians (Scottish Rifles), an officer’s pouch belt fittings comprising special pattern whistle guard chain and ‘Sphinx’ whistle, the guard emblazoned with battle honours (the Dragon mount missing); a fine two part belt plate showing the Guelphic crown over thistle sprays and enclosing a mullet over a strung bugle horn, title scroll at the bottom ‘The Scottish Rifles’; together with the mount from the pouch a thistle head with cursive leaves (this broken in two pieces); the whistle marked for Birmingham 1899, the belt plate marked ‘J & Co.’, good condition requires cleaning (3) £200-250
