(1011 St.-Serjt:-Maj: W Beal, A.S.C.); Meritorious Service Medal, G.V.R., 3rd issue (S.S. Mjr. W. Beal, R.A.S.C.); Corps of Commissionaires, Order of Merit, 1st Class, silver and enamels, the reverse named and hallmarked Birmingham 1933, the first four mounted as worn, nearly very fine or better (5) £600-700

Sold with research confirming Coronation medal as senior N.C.O. in No. 49 Company, A.S.C.; and a news cutting listing Staff-Sergeant-Major Beal as the winner of the individual Lemon Cutting competition at the Royal Military Tournament in 1898.
