William Frederick Bromwich was born in Leigh, Lancashire and enlisted at Barnsley, Yorkshire, originally with the K.O.Y.L.I. Serving with the 9th Battalion Lancashire Fusiliers he was killed in action on 16 August 1917. Sold with medal forwarding slip.
