Harvey Waldron was born in Notting Hill, London. A Baker by occupation and a member of the 3rd Middlesex Regiment, he attested for service with the Rifle Brigade on 12 October 1894, aged 18 years. With the 3rd Battalion, he served in India, November 1896-December 1902. He was transferred to the Army Reserve in January 1904 and discharged on completion of his period of service on 11 November 1906. Sold with copied service papers.
