British War and Victory Medals (4775 Pte. William, 1/K.A.R.) edge bruising, worn (2) £30-40

William of the Angum Tribe, from the village of Makolela, in the Mlanji District, enlisted into the King’s African Rifles on 24 March 1917. After serving in the East African Campaign he was discharged with a war gratuity on 5 July 1920.
