James Glass was born in the Parish of Rhindes, Pertshire, and enlisted at Perth on 8 September 1809, aged twenty-five. He served 17 years 101 days as a Gunner and was discharged at Woolwich on 30 June 1826, in consequence of rheumatism and debility. Sold with copy discharge papers.
