John Peterson is confirmed on the Admiralty rolls as an Able Seaman aboard Queen Charlotte at the ‘Glorious First of June’, and aboard the Monarch at Copenhagen. Although he is positively mustered aboard the Queen Charlotte his name does not appear on the Admiralty roll for ‘23rd June 1794’. Another man of this name received a medal for the boat service action on 2 May 1813. Sold with detailed research by Captain K. J. Douglas-Morris.
