Francis John Brockett entered the R.N.A.S. as a Petty Officer Mechanic (E) on 22 December 1914. Based at Pembroke III and President II, December 1914-August 1915; he served in Armoured Cars. After the Armoured Car Section was disbanded on 31 August 1915, he later became an Able Seaman in the R.N.V.R., being commissioned in 1917. He was demobilised on 23 March 1919. Sold with copied service papers.
