Edward Richmond was born in the Parish of St. James, Darlington, Co. Durham. A Labourer by occupation, he attested for the King’s Own Scottish Borderers on 21 August 1895, aged 21 years. With them he served in India, October 1896-April 1904. He was discharged at Hamilton, having completed his period of service, on 20 August 1907. Sold with copied service papers and roll extracts.
