Alexander, V.C., C.B., C.M.G., together with original bestowal documents for his foreign awards, comprising: Victoria Cross; Order of the Bath (Military) gold and enamels; Order of St. Michael and St. George, gilt and enamels; 1914 Star, with clasp; British War and Victory Medals, the group mounted as worn, good very fine; Together with original bestowal documents for the foreign awards awarded to Major-General E. W. Alexander during the Great War, comprising Italian Military Order of Savoy, dated 28 October 1918; Portuguese Military Order of Avis, dated 25 March 1920; French Croix de Guerre, with citation, dated 10 April 1919, and two related French documents giving the same details, generally good condition (11) £1200-1500
