Sergeant Harold Garside Bartle’s date of death is given as 28 July 1943. He is buried at Hamburg Cemetery, Germany.
Group Captain (later Lord) Leonard Cheshire gained his D.S.O. and D.F.C. whilst seving with No. 102 Squadron.
