Stainton, 61st Regt.); Silver Cigarette Case, with engraved inscription ‘To Captain R. J. Toner, USN, Admiral of the Fleet P. Pibulsongguy, President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defence, Government Residence, Bangkok, 27th April, B.E. 2499 (1956)’, generally nearly very fine or better (7) £150-200
