Royal Humane Society, Small Bronze Medal (Successful), (Patrick Murray (aged 12 years) 13 Aug. 1879) complete with top buckle, good very fine £60-70

Patrick Murray, aged 12, rescued C. Cronin in Galway, when he jumped off the bridge and swam to the boy’s rescue, and with difficulty brought him to the shore.
