Patrick Haines was born in the Parish of Featherd, County Tipperary, and enlisted into the 59th Foot on 2 October 1807. He was slightly wounded at the storming of Fort Cornelis in Java on 26 August 1811, and was discharged to pension on 14 November 1814. Sold with copy discharge papers.
