CRIMEA 1854-55,3 clasps, Alma, Inkermann, Sebastopol (Capt., 50th Regt.) impressed naming; LEGION OF HONOUR, 5th class breast badge in silver and enamels with gold centres, some chips to enamel ORDER OF THE MEDJIDIE, 5th class breast badge in gold, silver and enamel; TURKISH CRIMEA, British issue, mounted for display, contact marks to the first but generally very fine (4)

Andrew Campbell Knox Lock enlisted in the Ceylon Rifle Regiment in 1847 and transferred to the 50th Regiment in August 1853. He served in the Crimean War as a Captain, being promoted Major in November 1855. He retired with the rank of Hon Major-General in 1885, and died in London on 16 April, 1896.
