Merley, bust of Napoleon III left, draped in ermine, rev. frontal elevation of the church, 76mm (BDM II, 42; cf. DNW 30, 671); Homine Dirigente, Sol Artifex, 1866, a bronze medal by E.-A. Oudiné, bust of Napoleon III left, rev. robed female figure indicating rays of sun falling on a portrait she holds, 73mm [3]. First brilliant mint state, in green fitted case of issue, others extremely fine and better, last nicely patinated (£50-70)
