Frederick Dean, a native of Levenshulme, Manchester served on the Western Front with the 16th (Service) Battalion (2nd Salford), Lancashire Fusiliers. He was admitted to No.2 General Hospital on 4 July 1916 after receiving a gunshot wound to the buttock. He was later posted to the 10th (Service) Battalion before being transferred to the South Wales Borderers (12th (Service) Battalion (3rd Gwent) and 1st Battalion).
Charles Chapman served with the Lancashire Fusiliers before transferring to the Labour Corps.
John Joseph Witham served on the Western Front with the 15th (Service) Battalion (1st Salford), Lancashire Fusiliers.
Richard Seddon originally served with the 2/7th Battalion Lancashire Fusiliers. He was later posted to the 19th (Service) Battalion (3rd Salford) (Pioneers) before being transferred to the 2nd Battalion South Lancashire Regiment.
Arthur Dawson was born and lived in Walsden, Yorkshire and enlisted into the 2/6th Lancashire Fusiliers at Todmorden. He was killed in action on 24 August 1917 when the battalion was serving in the trenches at Nieuport Bains on the Flanders coast and is buried in Ramscappelle Road Military Cemetery, Belgium.

Arthur Risby originally served with the Lancashire Fusiliers before transferring to the Labour Corps.
John Muldoon, a native of St Helens, served with the 2nd Battalion South Lancashire Regiment, landing in France on 8 October 1914. He was killed in action on 24 October 1914 whilst serving with his battalion at Bois du Beiz. He has no known grave and is commemorated on Le Touret Memorial, France. A photograph of John Muldoon can be found on the St Helens War Memorial website.
Thomas Foster originally served with the 1st Battalion South Lancashire Regiment before transferring to the Lancashire Fusiliers.
Ivor J. Walker served on the Western Front with the 9th (Service) Battalion, South Lancashire Regiment before transferring to the Labour Corps.
Walter Ussher originally served with the Sherwood Foresters (Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire Regiment) before transferring to the Labour Corps.
