Waterloo 1815 (William Clarke, 42nd or R.H. Reg. Infantry.) fitted with original steel clip and replacement ring suspension, minor edge bruising and polished, otherwise nearly very fine £2000-2400

William Clarke enlisted on 9 June 1808, and served in Lieutenant-Colonel John Campbell’s company at Waterloo. He died on 3 November 1818, the balance of his pay being remitted to his brother. Sold with copied muster list and medal roll.
