Thomas Frederick Quinn was born in Richmond, Surrey in May 1880 and joined the City of London Police in August 1901, aged 21 years. He retired on pension in August 1926, having in the interim been awarded several commendations for stopping runaway horses. Quinn died in January 1947; sold with brief career details.
