Sister Macdonald is listed in the Royal Navy List under Medical Establishments as a Nursing Reserve Sister serving in the Royal Naval Auxiliary Hospital, Alexandria, dated 27 September 1941. With copied gazette and Navy List extracts. The medals mounted in a glazed wooden case, approx. 27.5 x 14.5cm. - reverses of medals not examined.
