Milton, in silver, similar, cud under bust, rev. cruciform shields displayed correctly, unbroken label of difference on impaled Scottish arms, edge plain, 12.68g/12h (Dykes, BNJ 2002, pp.156-8; DH 5; cf. DNW T6, 471). Minor spotting on obverse, otherwise virtually as struck and deeply toned, an early issue almost certainly made before 1830
