Frank Fisher was born and lived in Collingbourne Kingston, Wiltshire and enlisted at Devizes. Serving with the 1st Battalion Wiltshire Regiment, he was killed in action, France/Flanders, on 12 March 1915, aged 25 years. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial. His name is also commemorated on the Collingbourne Kingston Village, Church and School War Memorials and the Collingbourne Ducis Church War Memorial.

Herbert Leonard Fisher was born in Collingbourne Kingston, lived in Collingbourne Ducis and enlisted at Devizes. Serving in the 2nd Battalion Wiltshire Regiment, he was killed in action, France/Flanders, on 31 July 1917, aged 19 years. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial. Also commemorated on the same Wiltshire memorials as his brother.

They were the sons of Frederick and Elizabeth Fisher, of Southton Cottages, Collingbourne Ducis. With copied casualty details.
