Andrew Fowler was born in the Parish of Abbotshall, Fife, and enlisted for the 71st Foot at Edinburgh on 18 June 1805, aged 18, a weaver by trade. He served 13 years 230 days and was discharged on reduction of the establishment, on 9 February 1819. Sold with copied discharge papers.
