Henry Bubear enlisted into the 9th Lancers on 9 February 1900, serving with them in the Boer War. He entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 15 September 1914 and was discharged due to wounds on 30 May 1916. Entitled to the Silver War Badge. With copied m.i.c. and roll extract.
