Two ‘George William Olivers’ on the C.W.G.C. web site list. One to a Private in the 8th Battalion York and Lancaster Regiment, killed in action on the first day of the battle of the Somme, 1 July 1916; the other to a Lance Serjeant in the 6th Battalion Cameron Highlanders, killed in action, 4 April 1917. Several ‘Ernest Edward Smiths’ on the C.W.G.C. list.
