Opening of the Baths at Evian, a bronze Art Nouveau plaque by F.C.V. de Vernon, young lady seated naked on rock with hand extended to gushing spring water, reverse view of Evian, 67 x 44mm (PBE 975; cf. BDW 9, lot 684), very fine, charming style; together with Pierre and Marie Curie, 1935, a uniface bronze plaque by O. Yencesse, conjoined busts right, 60 x 45mm (CGMP p.403) [2].
