Sold with confirmation from the AATTV Association that 2230015 R. C. Mellier did in fact serve as a member of the Australian Army Training Team Vietnam. His records show that he had previous service with the CMF as a Bombardier with the Royal Australian Artillery before selection for the AATTV.
