Engraved coins: George II, Halfpenny [1740-54], cut down, edge hammered up and inscribed (John Lemon Aged 3 Yers); George II, Halfpenny, engraved as a love token and dated 10 February 1760; a Georgian Halfpenny, worn smooth and engraved (John Cater at y Golden Lion 1760), rev. imc initials; Victoria, Penny [1874-5], rev. worn flat and engraved (Dash, 2nd Prize, Cirencester, 29th July 1875); Victoria, Halfpenny, 1892, obv. with the portrait altered to resemble a Salvation Army lady in bonnet and coat; George V, Halfpenny [1911-25], rev. worn flat and stippled with initials cs, dates 1911 and 1921 and a heart and arrow [6]. Mostly fine (£40-50)
